Oven-Baked Steak
4 cube steaks
1 (10.75-oz.) can of cream-of-mushroom, -celery, or -chicken soup
˝ c. milk
1 c. Fryin’ Magic
2 T cooking oil
1. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9x13” baking dish.
2. Moisten steaks with water, then dredge the steaks on both sides with Fryin Magic.
3. Brown the steaks on both sides in preheated skillet using 2 T oil.
4. Place the steaks into prepared baking dish.
5. Combine the soup and milk; stir, then pour over steaks.
6. Bake, covered, for 1 hour. Serve steaks with gravy.
